This is stated in a message on the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
"A meaningful interested exchange of views took place on a wide range of issues regarding multifaceted cooperation in the Caspian region and the deepening of interaction within the “Five” format, including preparations for the upcoming regular meeting of the foreign ministers of the Caspian states in Turkmenistan," the Foreign Ministry noted.
