Kazakhstan plans to establish a sovereign Artificial Intelligence Center valued at $2 billion. The project will be implemented by Freedom Holding Corp. in cooperation with the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and NVIDIA. The center will be developed based on NVIDIA’s infrastructure, with an available capacity of 100 MW. The ministry will also support the creation of an AI Academy and a research laboratory aimed at training specialists in the field of artificial intelligence. According to Jaslan Madiev, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development, the partnership with NVIDIA represents an important step in implementing Kazakhstan’s national AI strategy and will contribute to strengthening the country’s economy.
