Novruz Bayram is one of the most beloved and revered holidays in Turkmenistan and other countries where Turkic-speaking people live. It is celebrated on March 21 and marks the arrival of spring, the awakening of nature and the beginning of a new year according to the natural calendar. The celebration of Novruz Bayram is a centuries-old tradition that dates back to ancient times.

Considered one of the most promising architects of the new wave, Andrea Caputo, the author of a number of projects around the world and with professional offices in Shanghai and Milan, visited Ashgabat, becoming an ambassador for Italian Design Day 2024.

An international symposium on the study of the heritage of Magtymguly and Turkmen culture in Europe was held at the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna. The forum was organized by the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Austria in order to draw the attention of the European public to the global significance of the work of the great Turkmen poet and thinker and the spiritual values of the Turkmen people.

The media forum "Turkmen Land – the center of ancient civilizations" will be held in Ashgabat on March 28. The event is timed to coincide with the opening of the program "Anew - the cultural capital of the Turkic world in 2024" and the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly.

The Embassy of Turkmenistan in Japan initiated cultural and educational events, organizing them in the format of optional classes dedicated to the creative heritage of Magtymguly Pyragy. Today, on March 15, such classes were held at Tsukuba University and Higashi Osaka High School, where exhibits illustrating the poet's role in national culture were also presented for clarity.

In Yerevan, in the hall named after A. Babajanyan, it was held a grand concert dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of Magtymguly Fragi, the great Turkmen poet. This evening, classical and folk music was played, as well as songs performed by masters of the arts of Turkmenistan.

The Moscow International Arts Festival “Sounds of Dutar” named after Nury Halmamedov opens the new season with a dedication concert “The Fount of the Mind of Magtymguly Fragi.”

5th year student of the Turkmen National Conservatory named after Maya Kulieva Annaoraz Dovletov became a laureate of the II international competition of accompanist art and ensemble performance “Non Solo”.

Nowadays, the media increasingly contains materials about events aimed at youth - various conferences, brain rings, forums, exhibitions... Students, schoolchildren, young activists and aspiring workers - they all gather at such meetings to get acquainted and share knowledge and acquire new skills. I, a student at the International University of Humanities and Development, was lucky enough to be among them.

The first issue of the information and analytical magazine “Forum Plus” of the IFHC of the CIS has been published. On its pages there is a publication “Moscow will meet Magtymguly Fragi.”
