Turkmen cinematographers continue shooting a documentary film dedicated to the creative legacy of the great poet Magtymguly Pyragy. Turkey will be the next country where the Turkmenfilm film crew will collect film materials from September 17 to 24.

Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Georgia Dovletmyrat Seyitmammedov met with the organizers and Turkmen participants of the 5th Tsinandali Classical Music Festival, which runs from August 31 to September 10.

Unique manuscripts previously unknown to the scientific community, related to the creative heritage of the great poet Magtymguly Fragi, were discovered by Turkmen scientists in the information center of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in Budapest.

The film crew of the Oguzhan Turkmenfilm Film Studio arrived in Moscow for one day, on September 1, to shoot a story about the mono opera "Monologues of Magtymguly Pyragy" by composer Mammed Huseynov. This story will be included in a documentary about the great poet, whose 300th anniversary will be celebrated internationally in 2024.

The Embassy of Turkmenistan in Belgium, in cooperation with the Diplomatic World Institute, presented in Brussels on the evening of August 31 an exposition called "Cultural Treasures of Turkmenistan".

Atageldy Garyagdyev, an opera singer, People's Artist of Turkmenistan, performed a song in Astrakhan that will become the musical arrangement of a documentary film about Magtymguly Fragi, which is currently being filmed in the Astrakhan region by Association "Turkmenfilm".

An international film festival will be held in the city of Arkadag on October 14-15, 2023. This was stated during a Cabinet meeting held on August 31.
