A creative meeting of Turkmen and Uzbek writers and poets took place on October 29 in Tashkent as part of the Days of Culture of Turkmenistan in Uzbekistan. The premiere of the new biographical play “Strings of the Soul” (“Köňül tary”), dedicated to the anniversary of the birth of outstanding Turkmen composer Nury Halmamedov, will take place on October 28 and 29 on the stage of the Alp Arslan National Drama Theater in Ashgabat. The screening will take place as part of the festival “Life Permeated with Music” (“Mukama siňen ömür”) and dedicated to the 85th anniversary of Nury Halmamedov.
