An information center on sports and youth policy will be created in Turkmenistan to promote this sphere of the country's life in the international media space. Deputy Prime Minister Sapardurdy Toylyev spoke about the organization of such a structure at a government meeting on Friday.
As follows from his report, the tasks of the center will include expanding the information of the world community via the Internet about the sports and youth movement in Turkmenistan, the achievements of the national sports school, the successes of young leaders, state support for youth initiatives, etc.
Turkmenistan is consistently developing its media strategy, striving for a more active and reliable presence in the global information field. The “International Information Center” is being created today within the structure of the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography in order to implement the country's foreign information policy.
