USAID Regional Water and Vulnerable Environment Activity launches a research competition for citizens of Central Asia
02.03.2022 | 23:03 |This competition focuses on designing and implementing research on water resources, environment, and other related areas, including integrated water resources management (IWRM) and promoting the Water-Energy-Food-Environment (WEFE) nexus approach.
Thematic areas:
• Nexus approach
• Climate change and environmental issues
• Innovative approaches in management
• Transboundary, political, and socioeconomic issues
Following candidates are invited to participate in the competition:
• Independent young scientists from Central Asian countries
• Employees of scientific and research centers
• Graduate students
• PhD and postgraduate students
Duration: up to 1 year (May 2022 - April 2023)
Funding: $3000 - $5000
Deadline for submission: April 30, 2022
