The match of the 1st round of the group stage of the second most important Asian club tournament of the AFC Cup 2023/24 in the Central zone took place in Bishkek, in which the football clubs “Altyn Asyr” (Turkmenistan) and “Abdysh-Ata” (Kyrgyzstan) played. “Abdysh-Ata” and Altyn Asyr” perform in group “E” together with “Ravshan” (Tajikistan) and “Merv” (Turkmenistan).

In the second round of the AFC Cup 2023/24, which will be held on October 5, Altyn Asyr will host Ravshan, and Merv will play with Abdysh-Ata. The winners of these matches will have a good chance of qualifying for the playoffs of the tournament.
