The parties focused their discussions on the rapid implementation of the Avaza Political Declaration and the Avaza Action Framework for 2024–2034, adopted on December 24, 2024, by the UN General Assembly and serving as an updated and improved version of the global commitments to support the development programs of thirty-two landlocked developing countries.

The diplomats discussed in detail practical international instruments for implementing these fundamental documents, noting the strategic importance of partnership in key areas such as the climate agenda, sustainable energy, water diplomacy, digitalization of transport systems, and the transition to a circular economy. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan expressed deep gratitude to the leadership of UNOHRLLS for their long-standing fruitful partnership and reaffirmed Ashgabat's commitment to further expanding joint project activities.
