Turkmennebit Announces International Tender for the Modernization of Elevator Equipment at the Turkmenbashi Oil Refinery Complex
On July 20, 2026, the Turkmennebit State Concern announced international open tender No. 209 for the development of a proposal for the dismantling of the existing elevator, supply of a new one, installation, testing, and commissioning of a passenger elevator for the PPL unit in Shop No. 6 of the Turkmenbashi Oil Refinery Complex (TORC) on a turnkey basis.
Only bidders who are manufacturers of the relevant equipment are eligible to participate in the tender, provided they meet the requirements set forth in the tender documentation.
Participation Conditions
Participants must submit an application expressing their intention to participate in the tender, stating their full company name, legal status, country of registration, and bank details.
Participants are also encouraged to familiarize themselves with the Law of Turkmenistan "On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Work, and Provision of Services for State Needs," the tender rules, and the list of documents required for participation.
Companies can obtain lot specifications, technical requirements, and the main terms of the contract.
Applications from participants registered or holding bank accounts in offshore jurisdictions will not be considered.
Submission of Bids
Bids will be accepted within 30 business days from the date of the official publication of the announcement in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.
The deadline for submitting bids is 12:00 PM local time on the 30th business day. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered.
One sealed envelope containing the complete bid, certified with an ink seal, must be delivered to the specified address. Electronic copies of the questionnaire, the main terms of the contract (in Word format), and the technical and economic specifications (in Excel format) must also be enclosed in the bid envelope.
Participation Fee
To participate in the tender, you must pay USD 1,725 (including VAT) or the equivalent in manat per lot.
A bank account for transferring funds will be provided upon submission of a written application.
