CNPC International Ltd. Announces a Tender for Well Testing and Perforation Services
The Turkmenistan branch of China National Petroleum Corporation International Ltd. announces tender No. CIT-26033-SR for the provision of basic and related well testing and perforation services, as well as slickline operations, in the Bagtyyarlyk contract area during 2027–2030.
Participation Terms
Interested companies are invited to participate in the tender.
To participate, please submit an official application indicating the tender number and title, the full name of the participating company, its legal status, country of incorporation, and bank details.
After submitting a written application, the participant will be provided with an invoice for payment of the tender documentation (ITB).
To receive the tender documentation package, please provide a copy of the company representative's passport, a copy of the general power of attorney authorizing the receipt of tender documents, and proof of payment.
Application Submission Deadline
Applications will be accepted within seven calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement, from August 19, 2026, to August 25, 2026. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted.
