Turkmen state property facilities are on sale
The Ministry of Economic Development announced the auction for the sale of state property, which will be held on July 28, 2017 at 10.00 in the building of the Ministry of Economy and Development at the address of Ashkhabad, Archabil Shayoly, 156. The enterprises of the Ministries of the textile industry, trade and foreign economic relations, the State Concern Turkmengaz, the sphere of the agro-industrial complex, the objects of unfinished construction and other state property in various regions of the country will be on sale. Citizens of Turkmenistan, citizens of foreign states, as well as non-governmental legal entities and legal entities of foreign countries who have applied, contributed a deposit and a special fee and who have registered for participation in the auction, are allowed to participate in the auction. Foreign legal entities, international organizations, their permanent missions and branches in Turkmenistan can participate in the privatization of state property only if there is a conclusion of the Agency for the Protection of the Economy from Risks under the Ministry of Economy and Development of Turkmenistan. Reception of applications and registration of participants begins on July 13 and ends one day before the bidding. All participants of the auction are given the opportunity to preview the object of privatization. The sale of state enterprises is carried out with all the obligations.
