The most expensive football player in Central Asia has been named
Uzbek striker of the Italian "Spezia" Eldor Shomurodov was recognized as the most expensive football player representing the Central Asian region, while playing in foreign championships (7 million euros).
This is reported in the rating of the authoritative German portal Transfermarkt.de .
The second in the list is the Kazakh midfielder of CSKA Moscow Bakhtiyor Zaynutdinov — 5 million euros. Uzbek forward of Saudi Al-Nasr Jaloliddin Masharipov (2.5 million euros) closed the top three.
In addition to them, the Uzbek midfielder of the Dubai "Shabib Al-Ahli" Azizjon Ganiev (2 million euros) and his national team partner Otabek Shukurov from the Turkish "Fatiha" (2 million euros) joined the list.
The top 10 also included:
