In honor of the International Olympic Day, which is celebrated annually on June 23, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) invites everyone to join an exciting 30-minute inclusive training session.

The online training will be available on June 23 on the official website of the IOC and its pages on social networks.

Spanish basketball player Pau Gasol, American sprinter Allison Felix, cyclist from Australia Logan Martin, swimmer Yusra Mardini and other famous athletes will join her.

This year marks the 75th anniversary of the first International Olympic Day. It will be celebrated by 130 NOCs. It is expected that about five million people will take part in the events.

Such a large-scale celebration of the International Olympic Day means that more and more inhabitants of the Earth highly value the Olympic spirit and share Olympic values, such as the pursuit of excellence, friendship and respect.

The motto of this year's Olympic Day is: "Let's move!", or #LetsMove.
