Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States Kubanychbek Omuraliev will pay a visit to Turkmenistan on June 29 to participate in the opening ceremony of the city of special state significance Arkadag.
This became known following the meeting of the Secretary General with Turkmen diplomats — Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Turkey Mekan Ishangulyev and Consul in Istanbul Myratgeldi Seyitmammedov, the press service of OTG reports.
The Turkmen representatives discussed with the head of the organization the partnership of Turkmenistan with the Turkic states, reviewed the course of the political and diplomatic dialogue and prospects for expanding further cooperation.
It is reported that Omuraliyev will be in Turkmenistan from June 29 to June 30.
