In Turkmenistan, all types of payments will be increased from the new year
During a government meeting dedicated to the results of the activities of the national economic complex of the country for the first half of 2023, the head of state decided: from the new year to increase by 10% the salaries of employees of budgetary institutions, self-supporting enterprises and public associations, pensions and state grants, scholarships to students and trainees.
The document signed by the President of Turkmenistan provides for the establishment of a base value for the minimum amount of pensions in the amount of 500 manats, for state benefits – in the amount of 470 manats, and salaries – in the amount of 1280 manats, using it to streamline monthly salaries.
The practice of annual increases in payments and salaries in Turkmenistan has been applied for many years in order to financially protect the Turkmen people, which is provided for by the national economic development programs of the country.
