The splendor of Vienna in the Arkadag: The V Vienna Ball embodies cultural exchange

Evening dresses, lush ball gowns and waltz melodies filled the city of Arkadag, turning it into Vienna as part of the V Vienna Ball. This event became a bridge between two worlds, connecting the cultures of Turkmenistan and Vienna in splendor and splendor.
The history of this amazing collaboration began in 2008, when talented artists and masters of art from Turkmenistan gave a concert at the Vienna Verstel Palace. This event was just the beginning of friendship between Turkmenistan and Austria.
After that, the Austrian-Turkmen Society was created. Over time, this society has organized many cultural projects, including the creation of the Turkmen-Austrian Symphony Orchestra "Galkynysh," which celebrates its 14th anniversary this year. In addition, the Vienna Ball has become a tradition in Turkmenistan, inviting everyone to enjoy cultural exchange in an atmosphere close to the authentic Vienna ball.
The evening began with a delightful patriotic composition that surprised the guests with its beauty. Then the "Polonaise" by the Austrian composer, conducted by Wolfgang Hara, performed by the Turkmen-Austrian Symphony Orchestra "Galkynysh." In accordance with strict protocol, 25 dance couples officially opened the Vienna Ball.
One of the fundamental elements of the ball was the costumes of the participants. The men appeared in classic black tailcoats, while the ladies admired their delicate ball gowns, and elegant bouquets of flowers in the hands of the ladies.
During the evening, the guests enjoyed the melodies of composers such as Johann Strauss, Franz Legard, Frederico Romero Sarachaga, Ludwig Minkus, Evgeny Doga, Danatar Ovezov and others. Colorful vocal performances by Turkmen singers and Austrian opera soloists, including Levent Gunduz and Regina Hangler, added charm to the evening.
Among the invited guests who shone at the ball was a dancing couple from Austria Dimitar Stefan and Grasser Irina, who presented incendiary dances from the movie "Mask," as well as a fascinating dance to the music of "Blue Danube."
This Viennese ball gathered more than 500 participants, including young fans of the Viennese Ball and all of them, being inspired by the evening, danced waltz, tango and other passionate dances that will forever remain in their memories. The evening ended with a sea of applause and a wish to continue cultural exchange between Turkmenistan and Austria.
