A gala concert was held in Austria in honor of the 300th anniversary of Makhtumkuli
A gala concert dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the great philosopher and poet Magtymguly Pyragy took place in Vienna.
The Youth Chamber Orchestra of Turkmenistan conducted by Rasul Klychev came to Vienna to participate in the concert.
The concert, which took place in Ehrabar Saal, one of the best music halls in Vienna, included musical dedications by Magtymguly Pyragy, works by Turkmen and Western classics.
It should be noted that the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) declared 2024 "The Year of the great poet and thinker of the Turkic world Magtymguly Pyragy".
In 2024, Turkmenistan will widely celebrate the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great philosopher and poet Magtymguly. In addition to large-scale cultural events, the grand opening of the majestic monument erected in the foothills of Kopetdag in honor of Magtymguly Pyragy will take place, which will become another symbol of deep reverence by the current generations of the richest creative heritage of the great Turkmen poet and thinker.
