The transport sector is named one of the key areas of Turkmen-Turkish cooperation
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov proposed to the Turkish partners to create a joint transport and logistics center. The Head of State said this at the opening of the Turkmen-Turkish business forum in Ankara.
Highlighting the transport and communication industry as one of the key and promising areas of cooperation, the President noted that today a large-scale construction of a new transport infrastructure combining all types of communications is underway in Turkmenistan.
Serdar Berdimuhamedov proposed to organize regular working meetings between transport departments, associations and companies of both countries in this area.
At the same time, we consider it expedient to create a joint transport and logistics center with the participation of state specialized sectors and private companies to enhance cooperation in the field of transportation, coordinated work in this direction, the President of Turkmenistan said.
