Early presidential elections have been announced in Azerbaijan, reports the news agency AZERTAC.

The corresponding order was signed today by the President of the Republic Ilham Aliyev.

According to the document, the Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan is instructed to ensure the appointment of early elections of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on February 7, 2024 and their holding in the manner established by the Electoral Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
