Turkmenistan and TURKSOY discussed improving cooperation

The current state of bilateral cooperation, as well as prospects for further development, were discussed during a meeting of employees of line ministries and departments of Turkmenistan with representatives of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY).

The meeting was organized via videoconference.
The sides exchanged views on holding various cultural events dedicated to the declaration of 2024 as the "Year of the great Poet and Thinker of the Turkic World Magtymguly Pyragy ”, the 300th anniversary of his birth, as well as the proclamation of the city of Annau as the cultural capital of the Turkic world in 2024.
