The parents of the first child born in Turkmenistan in the New Year, 2024, were presented with gifts on behalf of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the national leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

Along with the presents, congratulations, wishes for a happy life, health and well- being were given to the newborn and his family. The story about this was shown on national television in the January 1 news release.

The happy mother expressed her sincere gratitude to the country’s leadership for the attention and gifts, caring for the people and the younger generation. The baby was named Arkadag.
