Magnetic storm - be healthy!

About 15 percent of the population of our planet is exposed to moderate and strong magnetic storms, which negatively affect the health of elderly people, weather-sensitive people, as well as those with chronic diseases - they feel weakness, devastation, poor health, etc., which naturally affects their mood and work productivity.
On January 2, a magnetic storm reached planet Earth, generated by a powerful solar flare that occurred on New Year's Eve.
And although most people do not notice the negative impact of magnetic storms, believing that lethargy, fatigue and bad mood are associated with the fact that a person did not get enough sleep, went to bed late, or overworked the day before, nevertheless, on weather-hazardous days it is better to follow the rules known to everyone, but not followed by everyone which are recommended by experts.
This is: eat a balanced diet so that the body receives the necessary vitamins and minerals; exclude (at least limit) alcohol consumption; avoid situations that may cause stress and negative emotions; Rest more and follow a sleep schedule to give the body the opportunity to recover.
By following simple recommendations (which, as already mentioned, are extremely simple, well known and therefore not always followed), we will be able to maintain good health, post-holiday mood and the effectiveness of our activities.
So, if you do everything correctly, then the frightening Sun with its magnetic storms will not be so formidable. Look at the photograph of the “smiling Sun” - it was published not long ago by NASA.

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration said in a statement: “NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory has captured the 'smiling' Sun. These dark spots on the Sun, visible in ultraviolet light, are known as coronal holes and are regions where the fast solar wind rushes into space."
Several more meteorological critical days are expected in January, about which ORIENT will warn its readers in advance. And we will be healthy!
