Competitions in show jumping among juniors were held in Ashgabat

Competitions among juniors organized by the Equestrian Federation of Turkmenistan were held in Ashgabat equestrian complex today. The sportsmen competed for the sports categories, competitions were held in three stages. The first stage route consisted of 9 obstacles with a height of one hundred centimeters (two obstacles at altitude, the rest from 85 centimeters). As a result, four athletes who passed the route without penalty points got the 3rd rank in jumping. In the second stage, the athletes were going to a route consisting of 10 obstacles up to 110 centimeters in height. Horsemen who passed the route cleanly (with zero penalty points) went to the third stage. Young athletes and their horses competed already for the purity of the jump and speed there. There were six obstacles up to 120 centimeters high on the route. Here, the rivalry for the first place unfolded between Yhlas Chopanov on the horse Bereket and Yunus Kuliyev on the horse Extreme, who competed for the first place. As a result, Chopanov became the winner; Kuliyev received 4 penalty points, knocking the pole on the last obstacle.
