The visit of Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to the city of Samarkand has ended.
During the two-day program of the visit, the National Leader of the Turkmen people and President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held bilateral talks, visited the historical and ethnographic complex “Eternal City” and got acquainted with the exhibition “Mirages of Time”.
The ceremony of awarding Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov with the Order of “Oliy Darajali Dustlik” of the Republic of Uzbekistan was held.
After the completion of the events of the visit, the head of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan was seen off at the international airport of Samarkand by Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
