Significant facilities are in the final stages of construction at the Turkmenbashy Complex of Oil Refineries. This was reported by the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, B. Annamammedov, during an expanded offsite meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.

As it has become known, in preparation for the Third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries, institutions of the construction and industrial complex are actively working in several areas.

Particular attention is being paid to the development of transport infrastructure, specifically the modernization of roads leading to the Avaza National Tourist Zone, and the upgrading of road signs and lighting systems. Furthermore, measures are being taken to create comfortable conditions for guests staying in hotels under the management of the relevant complex.

Concurrently, a key point of the Deputy Prime Minister's report was the announcement regarding the final stage of construction of facilities at the Turkmenbashy Complex of Oil Refineries. This complex plays a strategically important role in the economy of Turkmenistan, being one of the largest oil refining enterprises in the region. The completion of the construction of new facilities will enable an increase in the production capacity of Turkmenbashy Complex of Oil Refineries and an expansion of the range of products manufactured.
