Turkmenistan was represented at InterFood Azerbaijan-2025
The food industry products of Turkmenistan were presented at the 30th International Food, Drinks and Food Raw Materials Exhibition of the Caspian Region, InterFood Azerbaijan-2025, which took place from May 13th to 16th in Baku. This platform, uniting food producers from dozens of countries around the world, aims to promote high-quality goods on the market and establish direct contacts between participants and visitors. The exhibition showcased a wide range of confectionery and meat products, vegetables and fruits, dairy products, meat and dairy products, juices, tea, tobacco, delicacies, and other food products from leading manufacturers in the industry, as well as equipment for fruit and vegetable processing, labeling equipment, and much more. New technologies and innovative solutions presented at the exhibition create favorable opportunities for the development of the food industry and the expansion of business ties.
The exhibition features a rich program of additional events that allows its participants to ask questions, taste, discuss, communicate, and witness what opens up new horizons in the developing food industry. Thus, within the framework of the exhibition, bilateral meetings (B2B) are planned, which serve as an additional platform for discussing new opportunities for partnership and distribution.
The "InterFood Azerbaijan" exhibition hosts the traditional International Culinary Championship "Golden Shah 2025," organized by the Azerbaijan Culinary Specialists Association. Approximately forty teams and over 300 chefs participate in the championship. The judging panel of the championship consisted of licensed chef-judges of the World Association of Chefs' Societies from 16 countries, according to the exhibition website. The "Golden Shah" championship is called one of the important events of the exhibition, a kind of "cherry on top." The organizers of the exhibition are Caspian Event Organizers and a number of its foreign partners.
