Leak: DJI to release three new drones with focus on camera and autonomy

DJI is preparing to release three new drones: the Mini 5 Pro, Avata 3, and Neo 2, as evidenced by leaks and official registrations.

The DJI Mini 5 Pro, successor to the Mini 4 Pro, will feature an increased battery capacity and faster charging. Its announcement is anticipated, potentially as early as May 2025.

The DJI Avata 3 has shown an updated propeller design and a possibly larger camera sensor. Details are currently unknown.

Little is known about the DJI Neo 2, but it is expected to maintain an accessible price point while offering improved basic functionalities.

Precise release dates for the Avata 3 and Neo 2 have not been determined, but the DJI Mini 5 Pro will most likely be presented earlier.
