Dubai plans construction of 445-meter Downtown Residences skyscraper
Dubai, a city synonymous with incredible skyscrapers, is poised for a new phase of development with Deyaar Development's Downtown Residences project. This 445-meter tower in Business Bay is envisioned to become a symbol of luxury. Situated at the heart of the rapidly developing Business Bay district, this project is conceived not merely as a residential building, but as an entire vertical city, offering an unparalleled level of comfort and amenities.
The architectural design of Downtown Residences features two elegant towers that will rise above a massive shared podium.
