Event at TSU: Education and science in the context of peace and neutrality of Turkmenistan
On July 4th, a musical and educational event titled "Science and Knowledge – A Source of Our Country's Peaceful Policy" was held at Magtymguly Turkmen State University. The event, which gathered university faculty and students, was dedicated to the International Year of Peace and Trust and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality.
During the event, discussions focused on the development of science and education, international cooperation, the role of digital technologies, and youth policy.
Among the key moments was the presentation of membership certificates to faculty and students for their enrollment in the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan. A festive atmosphere was created by a concert program featuring talented singers from the "Bagtyýarlyk owazlary" cultural center.
The event also served as a platform for recognizing outstanding students and faculty members. Students from the Faculty of English Language and Literature received Certificates of Honor from the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Physical Culture and Sports for their volunteer work at the international chess tournament for children aged 8, 10, and 12, which took place from June 15th to 19th. Additionally, a young university lecturer was awarded a Diploma from Magtymguly Turkmen State University for employing innovative methods in teaching foreign languages.
