Serdar Berdimuhamedov Congratulated Shavkat Mirziyoyev on His Birthday
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations to President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on the occasion of his birthday.
