Children from Turkmenistan are taking part in the "Önerli Ören" International Children's Creative Festival in Aktau, held as part of the "Aktau — Cultural Capital of the Turkic World" project.

The event has brought together talented youth from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Tuva, and Bashkortostan.

The festival features four competition categories:

Playing folk instruments

Folk vocals

Pop vocals

Choreography

Participants are showcasing their national artistic traditions and exchanging experiences, strengthening cultural ties among the Turkic-speaking countries.

The festival is being held at the Abai Cultural and Leisure Complex and will conclude on August 18.
