In Turkmenistan, the centralized digital platform Sanly Bilim, created by the Ministry of Education, is actively used. It unifies educational resources and services, operating on a "Single Window" principle for schoolchildren, students, and teachers. By registering on the portal, users gain access to all the necessary tools for learning.

The platform includes several key services:

• E-kitaphana—an electronic library where users can find books by Turkmen authors, textbooks, and professional literature.

• Ukyply—a resource with video lessons and lectures on various subjects, from history to foreign languages.

• E-mekdep and E-bakja—electronic environments for interaction among teachers, parents, and students of schools and preschool institutions.

• Sanly bilim—a service for online payment of courses, professional training, and university education.

The "Sanly Bilim" platform represents a significant step in the implementation of the Concept for the Development of the Digital Education System of Turkmenistan. Its goal is to increase the accessibility of educational services and prepare the country's intellectual potential for the challenges of the digital era.
