From August 10 to 18, H. Yuvshanov, the Head of the Journalism Department at the Magtymguly Turkmen State University, visited Toronto, Canada, where he participated in a series of meetings.

The purpose of the visit was to strengthen cooperation between relevant state bodies and higher education institutions in Turkmenistan. The main topics of discussion were artificial intelligence, creative industries, and innovation.

A notable meeting was held with the leadership of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC). The parties discussed modern teaching methods for journalism and media, management issues, and the use of digital technologies and artificial intelligence in this field.
