The Government of Russia has allocated 500 state-funded places for citizens of Turkmenistan to study at Russian universities and colleges in the 2026/2027 academic year. This was reported by the Russian Embassy in Turkmenistan.

“This is a unique opportunity for those who strive for knowledge and dream of better educational prospects,” the embassy noted.

To apply for study under the quota, applicants must register on the official website — education-in-russia.com.

The new application campaign has already started on September 15.
