International Cooperation: Turkmen Students will Study in Japan under Exchange Program
From October 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026, three students from the Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan named after Oguz Han will study in Japan at the University of Tsukuba as part of an academic exchange program. This initiative, implemented under the Memorandum of Cooperation between the two universities, covers key areas including engineering, computer science, humanities, and advanced technologies.
This educational initiative represents a significant contribution to the development of science and international relations. Participation in the program will allow students to:
• Expand their professional knowledge;
• Gain valuable academic experience;
• Deepen cultural understanding;
• Prepare to become highly qualified specialists in their fields.
The cooperation between the Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan and the University of Tsukuba further strengthens the friendly relations between Turkmenistan and Japan.
