New Etrap Hyakims Appointed in Four Velayats
Ashgabat, October 4 | ORIENT. Further to the Resolution of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan on the creation of new administrative-territorial units, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed decrees appointing hyakims (heads of administrations) in the new etraps.
This decision marks the final stage of administrative reform aimed at strengthening governance and improving the effectiveness of state socio-economic programs at the local level.
Personnel changes and appointments affected four velayats of the country, where new etrap hyakimliks had previously been established.
In particular, the following were appointed in Ahal velayat:
Guvanchgeldi Myradov - khyakim of the Altyn Asyr etrap.
In Dashoguz velayat:
Polat Atakov - khyakim of the Gubadag etrap.
Merdan Dzhumamuradov - khyakim of the Garashsyzlyk etrap.
Shageldi Saparov - khyakim of the etrap named after Saparmurat Turkmenbashi.
In Lebap velayat:
Novruz Allakulyev - khyakim of the Dovletli etrap.
Guvanch Kadyrov- khyakim of the Garabekevul etrap.
Serdar Yumitov - khyakim of the Farap etrap.
In Mary velayat:
Yusupguly Eshshayev — hyakim of the Oguzkhan etrap.
Deputy hyakims of several new etraps have also been appointed by decrees of the President of Turkmenistan. These appointments are intended to ensure the prompt and efficient implementation of all state tasks in the regions.
