A Gala Reception was Held in Frankfurt to Commemorate the Anniversary of Turkmenistan's Neutrality

The Consulate of Turkmenistan in the Federal Republic of Germany (Frankfurt am Main) organized a gala reception to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's neutrality, the International Year of Peace and Trust, and International Neutrality Day.
Representatives of the State Chancellery of the Federal State of Hesse, financial institutions and banking entities, heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Hesse, cultural and scientific figures, representatives of the Turkmen diaspora, and students attended the reception.
Speaking to the guests, the Consul of Turkmenistan noted that Turkmenistan's neutral status has served as a solid foundation for both its domestic and foreign policy for three decades. It was emphasized that the policy of positive neutrality contributes to strengthening regional security, promoting the expansion of mutually beneficial international contacts and economic development.

Turkmenistan's peace-loving international initiatives aimed at promoting peace, trust, and sustainable development, initiated by National Leader of the Turkmen People, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, and successfully implemented by President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, were also highlighted.
The speech also highlighted the importance of the International Forum, which will be held on December 12, 2025, in Ashgabat, dedicated to the International Year of Peace and Trust, International Neutrality Day, and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality.
It was emphasized that this event will serve as an important platform for discussing key issues in international politics, sustainable development, humanitarian cooperation, and enhancing the role of neutral states in UN peacekeeping efforts.

Following the speech, a video was shown highlighting Turkmenistan's achievements since independence and the active role of Turkmenistan's positive neutrality.
During the reception, participants exchanged views on the importance of Turkmen neutrality and Turkmenistan's peacekeeping initiatives in the international arena.
At the reception, guests were treated to traditional Turkmen cuisine.
