As part of financial sector reform and increased transparency, a decision was made to announce an international tender to engage reputable foreign companies to audit the annual financial statements of all major banks in the country.
In the oil and gas sector, the President instructed to continue the effective development of the Uzynada field, where gas condensate is being produced, and to take measures to increase oil production.
In the transportation sector, a proposal was approved to modernize the railway sector and collaborate with foreign companies to increase throughput and transit potential.
In the agricultural sector, the progress of seasonal campaigns was discussed: the completion of the cotton harvest, timely payments to producers, and adherence to agricultural practices in wheat cultivation.
On the international stage, the practical implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework for 2026–2030 was launched, under which 16 work plans were approved with UNICEF and UNFPA. These programs cover a wide range of areas: from improving legislation and the Ombudsman's work on children's rights and gender equality to implementing inclusive education policies and the Green School program.
In the socio-cultural sphere, plans for December have been approved: holiday trade in Ashgabat, Arkadag, and the velayats will begin on December 5, with a focus on fully satisfying the population's demand for fresh food products.
The procedure for holding the main events in honor of International Neutrality Day has also been approved, including flower-laying ceremonies on December 12 and the opening of socio-cultural facilities.
In the field of education, the President instructed to continue comprehensive modernization aimed at improving the qualifications of teachers and integrating modern technologies and artificial intelligence into the educational process.
Following reports from the deputy prime ministers, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov approved the proposals presented, emphasizing the need for further improvement in all areas and ensuring high-quality implementation of decisions made.
