New "Oil and Gas Town" opened in Ashgabat

On August 17 in Ashgabat a new line of apartment buildings and the adjacent infrastructure, built by the order of the Fuel and Energy Department, was put into service. The President of Turkmenistan and members of the government participated in the celebration, which coincided with the 30 days before the opening of the Games of Ashgabat 2017. It has already become a tradition in Turkmenistan to put into service not separate houses, but complex developments that include all necessary social and domestic infrastructure. The so-called "Oil and Gas Town", which includes high-rise buildings with apartments of high comfort, is not an exception to this rule. The House of Health (polyclinic), completed with the most modern medical equipment, is in walking distance. In close propinquity is the Consumer Services Center and other public amenities. The spacious three-, four- and five-room apartments are equipped with modern appliances. The layout of residential complexes in Turkmenistan is notable for the thoughtfulness, originality of architecture and increased attention to details. New settlers of the "Oil and Gas Town" only have to feel all the advantages and high quality of new apartments and infrastructure. A resident of the white marble high-rise house, located in the neighborhood of the new building, shared her impressions:
"We moved to a new apartment just a couple of months ago. Just want to note that it is convenient to live here, as the architects have thought out everything in detail before constructing the buildings. Garage is in the basement of the building, near the house there are all kinds of shops, hairdressing saloon, gym, photo studio. Simply everything is there! In two minutes walking from our house is a large supermarket - the shopping center "Bagtyyarlyk", where you can buy everything you need for your house and a family. There is also an entertainment center, children's playgrounds and a cafe. It is very convenient and we do not need to spend time on the road in search of the right thing. Near the house there is a bus stop, through which many city routes pass. "
