The Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in Turkmenistan has officially announced the introduction of a new electronic scheduling system for citizens. Beginning August 7, 2026, appointments for visas, criminal record certificates, and document legalization will be processed digitally. Specific appointments can be scheduled for the period beginning September 1, 2026, using the new system, through a special module on the main page of the official website of the Belarusian diplomatic mission.

Throughout August 2026, the consular service will continue to operate in a transitional mode. Until August 31, inclusive, the previous procedure for pre-scheduling appointments by phone (+993 12) 48-29-27, Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, will remain in effect.
