Ambassador Sapar Palvanov introduced the young specialists to the priorities of Turkmenistan's foreign policy based on the principles of permanent neutrality, peacefulness and good neighborliness. During the presentation, the diplomat spoke about Ashgabat's international peacekeeping initiatives, the development of cooperation with the European Union, and key benchmarks for the country's socio-economic development, including the role of the Khalk Maslakhaty in public administration before its regular September meeting.

Special attention was paid at the meeting to the cultural heritage of the country and the symbols of the year 2026, in which Turkmenistan celebrates the 35th anniversary of state independence. The Ambassador spoke about the role of Akhal-Teke horses in the history of the people and announced large-scale cultural and equestrian events scheduled for September in the Netherlands.

The interactive finale of the program was an intellectual quiz on knowledge of the history, diplomacy and traditions of Turkmenistan. The winners received souvenirs, and the winner of the main prize was presented with a traditional Turkmen carpet. Such study visits have become a regular practice of the diplomatic mission in Brussels, aimed at developing youth diplomacy and intercultural dialogue.
