The Legendary Soyuzmultfilm Studio Will Bring New Projects and Animation Brands to Ashgabat

A delegation from the renowned Soyuzmultfilm studio will visit Ashgabat as part of the International Exhibition and Fair "KIDS EXPO: All for Kids," which will be held from August 19–22 at the Exhibition Complex of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan. The visit of Russia's largest animation media holding will be a key event in the forum's business program, opening up new opportunities for the development of children's content and entertainment in the region.
Representatives of the legendary studio will hold a series of B2B meetings and negotiations with Turkmen businesses, educational centers, and specialized organizations. The agenda includes promoting the most popular animation brands, licensing programs, content distribution, and finding common ground for launching joint creative and educational initiatives. Direct dialogue with industry leaders will allow the domestic market to become familiar with cutting-edge animation production technologies.
Today, Soyuzmultfilm, which celebrates its 90th anniversary in 2026, is a large-scale media cluster producing over 20 hours of unique video content annually—from vibrant series to feature films. In addition to creating cartoons, the holding is actively developing its own television channels, Multilandia and Umka, themed multimedia parks, and educational laboratories. The visit of such high-level experts to Ashgabat promises to boost the development of the children's creative industry and expand the Turkmen-Russian humanitarian partnership.
