Centrum Air launches regular flights from Uzbekistan to India
Starting September 28, Uzbekistan’s airline Centrum Air is opening regular flights on the route Uzbekistan – India (Tashkent – Hyderabad). Flights will be operated twice a week on modern Airbus A320neo aircraft, Yuz.uz reports.
The presentation of the new destination took place in India with the support of the Embassy of Uzbekistan. The event was attended by over 120 representatives from the tourism and business communities of both states.
The launch of the flight is a practical implementation of the agreements reached following negotiations between the leadership of Uzbekistan and India at the end of August. Ambassador of Uzbekistan Sardor Rustambayev noted that expanding the geography of flights will strengthen the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries.
As part of the presentation, B2B meetings were held between tour operators, where Indian partners expressed high interest in the tourism potential of Uzbekistan. The new flight will significantly simplify logistics for businesses and travelers while expanding cultural and humanitarian ties between the two nations.
