Oguz Han University of Engineering and Technology Launches AI-Powered Digital Platform
Specialists and students of the Oguz Han University of Engineering and Technology of Turkmenistan have fully developed and implemented a unified electronic system for managing academic and administrative processes. The project was launched at the beginning of 2025 and currently brings together nearly 5,000 students, as well as more than 280 faculty members and university staff.
The system provides convenient personal accounts with access to schedules, electronic gradebooks, the library and educational materials. The platform’s main feature is the integration of artificial intelligence. AI-based analytical algorithms help assess academic performance and identify in a timely manner subjects that students are struggling with, making it possible to provide them with academic support when needed.
The platform fully automates examination testing, grade recording and the preparation of official documents, including academic certificates. For attendance monitoring, the system incorporates a module using Face ID facial-recognition technology, while mobile applications for Android and iOS have also been developed for user convenience.
