The head of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, sent a congratulatory message to Serdar Berdimuhamedov in connection with his election as president of Turkmenistan, the press service of the Kyrgyz leader reports.
Japarov expressed confidence that under the leadership of Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Turkmenistan would achieve great success on the path of development.
He also noted that he hoped for a deepening of the strategic Turkmen-Kyrgyz partnership and invited the elected president of Turkmenistan to visit Kyrgyzstan at any convenient time.
