Lebap won the majority of medals of the Turkmenistan Women's Freestyle Wrestling Championship

Lebap athletes won 6 out of 10 gold medals at the Turkmenistan Women's Freestyle Wrestling Championship held in the city of Turkmenabad, the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper reports.
The championship, which lasted three days, determined the strongest wrestlers of the country. It was attended by 91 athletes from all regions of Turkmenistan and the city of Ashgabat, who competed for 10 sets of medals in different weight categories.
According to the results of the competitions, 4 wrestlers from Ashgabat, in addition to the Lebap wrestlers, ascended to the highest step of the podium. Thus, the representatives of the capital and the eastern region shared all the gold medals.
