Since the beginning of 2022, more than 40 billion cubic meters of Turkmen natural gas have been delivered to China via the Turkmenistan-China gas pipeline, PipeChina West Pipeline company reports.

According to the company, during this period, about 120 million cubic meters of natural gas per day were transported through the pipeline on average.

The Turkmenistan-China gas pipeline has been operating steadily and safely for 4730 days since its commissioning. It benefits more than 500 million people in 27 provinces of China.

Turkmenistan is the main supplier of natural gas to China. The cost volume of supplies of Turkmen blue fuel to China in January-October 2022 amounted to $8.23 billion
