ACTN has introduced a service to receive information about the user's balance by SMS

The Ashgabat City Telephone Network has introduced a new opportunity for its subscribers to receive information about the balance of a wired telephone, IP television and the Internet via SMS, the official website of ACTN reports.

Now subscribers will be able to get preliminary information about the balance by sending an SMS message from their mobile phone to the 0787 number and entering the home phone number.

According to the operator, this function will help subscribers to get rid of the need to call the 083 service and the help desk to clarify the balance, thereby easing the load on the communication network.

Information about phone, IP TV and Internet balances should come in one SMS message.
