The delegation of Turkmenistan held negotiations on the construction of the second stage of the Akhal plant for the production of environmentally friendly gasoline from natural gas with representatives of large companies of the Republic of Korea.

This was stated by Chairman of the upper house of the Turkmen Parliament Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov during a meeting with CEO of Hyundai Engineering Hong Hyun Sung and President of LX International Corp. Yoon Chun Song, reports TDH.

The businessmen stated that they are interested in participating in the implementation of projects in the oil and gas and chemical industries of Turkmenistan aimed at processing fuel and energy resources, noting that the country has a huge potential for the activities of Korean companies.
